Disguise Folder in Best Folder Encryptor is a simple way to protect your folders. Open a disguised folder, you cannot see the original content inside. Essentially, folder disguise is not an encryption method but a way to protect files in folders.
It is easy to use:
1. Start Best Folder Encryptor, click the "Disguise Folder" button.
2. Select the folder you want to disguise.
3. Choose a disguise type from the pop-up window. There are many types of folder disguise available, such as Control Panel. If a folder is disguised as Control Panel, open the folder and you will see the contents inside Control Panel, but not the folder.
To open a disguised folder:
Start Best Folder Encryptor, select "Disguised folders" at the bottom-left corner, then all folder disguised records show in the list. Click a disguise record you want to open, then the folder is opened, and you can use files inside normally. The folder will be recovered to disguise after being closed.
To remove the folder disguise:
Start Best Folder Encryptor, select "Disguised folders" at the bottom-left corner, then all folder disguised records show in the list. Right click the disguise record you want to remove, then select Remove Disguise.
