What if I forget the password of an encrypted file?

Once a file is Portable- or Diamond encrypted it cannot be opened and decrypted without the correct password, and we will not be able to help you retrieve your password.

This is because the file has been encypted into a ciphertext with the password you set. Only entering the password you can decrypt it, so please keep the password firmly in your mind.
