What if the system prompts Windows cannot find 'runpcsc' after I enter 'runpcsc' in the Run dialog box?

Such prompt occurs in two cases:

1. The operating system you are using is 64-bit. At present, PC Monitor Expert is a monitoring software for 32-bit OS, but it can also run in 64-bit system. Whereas, this problem appears because the 64-bit system dialogue is different from that of 32-bit OS.
Solution: Please enter C:\Windows\SysWOW64\runpcsc.exe in the Run dialogue box.

2. The OS is not 64-bit. This issue probably occurred by the cause the monitoring software isn't installed properly or it has been damaged after installation.
Solution: Reinstall PC Monitor Expert.
